What is our approach to resolving issues?

Our approach is to provide assistance wherever it's needed. Some organizations that have their own in-house writers may need assistance with planning presentations. Others may need coaching on how to handle Q&A sessions. In some cases, organizations essentially outsource many of their communication activities with metacomm.

How does metacomm assess the outcome?

Timely feedback provides the basis for continuous improvement. As an example, for workshops and training sessions, we pre-test the material and after the sessions, we make adjustments based on suggestions of participants. In many cases, the Pulse Process allows us to evaluate the effectiveness of our interventions.
